“Large” animals are animals larger than a rat, mouse, squirrel or bird. They are not rodents or vermin. Examples would be raccoons, possums, skunks, rabbits, moles, cats and more. Some large animals are still considered “rodents” such as beavers, nutria and gophers and are not considered “large” in our book as they fall under the “rodent” category. A large animal is typically covered by homeowner insurance.
